Know before you host.

Do I need to be a caller or an experienced dancer?

No. Before the event, you watch the teaching video and real-group demonstration. At the dance, the printable calling card helps you place the group. When the music starts, the recorded voice gives each cue at the right moment. You welcome the room, encourage people, and join in.

Do I have to teach or memorize the dances?

You do not have to memorize choreography or call every movement live. The lesson and printable card show you how to place the group and walk through the opening movement. Once you start the recorded-call track, the recording supplies the continuing cues.

Will this work for beginners, children, and adults?

The Host Kit is designed for beginners and mixed-age groups. Children and adults can learn together, and people do not need to arrive knowing the dances.

What is included in the free Host Preview?

What exactly comes with each of the eight dances?

Is this a physical box?

No. The Host Kit is a digital and print-at-home product. The product image is a conceptual view of the private video and audio access plus the resources you can download and print. Nothing is shipped.

What does the event-use license cover?

Barn Dance Revival retains ownership of the music and product files. Your purchase gives you event-use rights for gatherings covered by the license you select. Files may not be resold, redistributed, or shared outside the covered household or organization.

Which license should I choose?

Choose Personal Host for covered gatherings you personally host. Choose One Organization for one church, school, homeschool co-op, or nonprofit and its authorized team. Final boundaries are shown at checkout.

Do we need a barn or special equipment?

No barn is required. You need enough clear floor space for people to move and a sound system that can play the included audio clearly. The room and sound checklist helps you prepare.
